Enrolments for the Artistic Show

The Artistic Show will include presentations of theater, dance, music, visual and plastic arts, performances, literature among others, bringing artists and groups invited by the Executive Board of the World Cultural Forum and ENROLLED ARTISTS together.

The ENROLLED ARTISTS will undergo selection by the Board of the Forum, based on the following criteria:

1) Artistic quality / community and social range of the proposal
2) Coherence and pertinence with regard to the themes developed by the Forum.
3) Technical / operational viability

The Executive Board of the Forum has the authority to refuse proposals that do not conform to these criteria.

The Executive Board will be responsible for ALLOCATING THE ACTIVITY in one of the venues in the city destined to the Forum. IT WILL OFFER TECHNICAL SUPPORT ACCORDING TO THE AVAILABILITY AT THE DESIGNATED VENUE.

THERE WILL BE NO PAYMENT OF FEES, TRANSPORT OR ACCOMODATION FOR THE ENROLLED ARTISTS.
