Resumo
A pesquisa discorre sobre a singularidade do processo criativo
e ao mesmo tempo o coloca em conexão com outras narrativas semelhantes.
À luz da Teoria da Crítica Genética, tratada de forma inspiradora
no livro ”Gesto Inacabado”, da professora Cecilia Almeida Salles, proponho
apontar a complexidade das relações entre os cadernos de anotações,
o filme e o processo de formação de um coletivo audiovisual, além de problematizar
o entendimento de um processo inacabado e mapear as dificuldades
encontradas na gestão de processos coletivos. A pesquisa aponta
alguns caminhos da produção audiovisual brasileira contemporânea feita
por um modelo coletivo de criação; aborda aspectos econômicos e estéticos
assim como caminhos de sustentabilidade e formas de organização.

Abstract
The research is about the singularity of the creative process
and at the same time put this process in connection with other similar
narratives. In the light of the Theory of Genectic Critic, treated
in an inspired way in the book “Unfinhished Gesture”, from professor
Cecilia Almeida Salles, I propose to show the complexity of relations between
the field notebooks, the movie and the process of formation of an
audiovisual colective, though problemazing the understanding of an unfinshied
process and mapping the dificulties found in the management of
the colective process. The research shows a few ways of the contemporary
audiovisual production made by a colective creation model. Shows some
economic and aesthetic aspects and also some ways of sustentability and
forms of organization.
